Okadi Legal is the trading name of Okadi Limited (Company No. 15687073), registered in England and Wales. Okadi Legal is not authorised or regulated by the SRA. Legal services are provided by Merley Okine as a regulated solicitor.

As Okadi Legal is not SRA-regulated, clients do not have access to the SRA Compensation Fund.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Okadi Legal is not required to hold professional indemnity insurance meeting the SRA’s minimum terms and conditions, as it is not an SRA-authorised firm. The services provided by Okadi Legal are non-reserved legal activities.

Okadi Limited holds miscellaneous professions professional indemnity insurance underwritten by Manchester Underwriting Management (a trading name of Pen Underwriting Limited), with insurers Great Lakes Insurance UK Limited (75%) and AXA Insurance UK PLC (25%).
